Hello Chris, thanks for the comment. Very sorry for the slow reply. You have to stay ahead of the marketing curve or you will get left behind. The competition will pass you and a shop may suffer as a result. The one thing I love about the trade is that it is always changing and advancing ahead.

I believe when you add new technology to your facility, it helps insurance companies with their decision to approve your facility for DRP’s. It also shows the customers that you are not just that dirty old shop down the street. Those shops are becoming extinct. With training your people and giving them an educational advantage, you are positioning your shop for present and future success.
