My personal guarantee:

As the owner of Classic Body Worx, I take the time to meet and get involved with every customer that comes through the door. Big job, small job, it doesn’t matter. I expect a lot of my employees and they know it. I want my customers to be satisfied. You have my word that if we repair your vehicle, you will be happy with the repairs and the entire repair process. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any concerns or questions.

Dealing with this I would say that all of our work is backed by a written lifetime warranty and 100% complete satisfaction guaranty. We are Fully insured, including Worker’s Compensation. Have Licensed Public Adjusters. Also provide mobile dent removal services.

Thanks Jim, I agree that this does apply to more than just the collision repair business. Keeping customers completely happy and coming back year after year is what keeps the lights on. It's more than just average service, it's service that blows peoples minds and makes them customers for life.

Think about how many shops are in your city and mine. If I am the shop owner I want people to ONLY come to my place

Thanks for the comment Jim,

I couldn't agree with you more. We had been facing similar issues located in that "grey area" ... When everyone in the shop is on the same wave length, production goes up, profit margins increase, and the overall quality of the auto body repair heightens. Great article.. and this applies to more than just the collision repair business.
