Thanks Jim, I agree that this does apply to more than just the collision repair business. Keeping customers completely happy and coming back year after year is what keeps the lights on. It’s more than just average service, it’s service that blows peoples minds and makes them customers for life.

Think about how many shops are in your city and mine. If I am the shop owner I want people to ONLY come to my place

I couldn’t agree with you more. We had been facing similar issues located in that “grey area” … When everyone in the shop is on the same wave length, production goes up, profit margins increase, and the overall quality of the auto body repair heightens. Great article.. and this applies to more than just the collision repair business.
